Warranty & Service: The PROTEOR QUATTRO MPK is covered by a 36 month warranty. No service intervals are required with the standard warranty. An (optional) 2 year limited warranty extension or a 3 year limited warranty may be purchased to protect your investment past the included 3 year warranty. During this period, repairs deemed as mandatory by the manufacturer will be provided at no cost, including the use of a loaner knee unit. The extended warranty must be purchased within 12 months of the original QUATTRO knee invoice date. The 2 year extended warranty includes one obligatory service and maintenance inspection at 36 months and the 3 year extended warranty includes two obligatory service and maintenance inspections at 36 months and 54 months. The product will be inspected for proper function, mandatory repairs and component upgrades will be completed at no charge. A loaner knee unit will be provided for use while the service inspection is underway. Accessories such as the battery charger are provided with a 12 month warranty
